A couple of lay outs & the ramblings of a scrapaholic

Went poking around a few places today and joined up so I have a few playgrounds to play in.. So far my favorite thing to do is the sketch challenges.. Colour challenges are fun as well.. Did my now becoming daily freebie hunt on digi free and scored a couple more lovely things to play with.. Actually one ladies blog I plundered, I enjoy reading them as well, some really interesting things can be found and its also nice to hear what other people are doing and how different things are in different places of the world.. I especially like DerekM's blog, he has lots of historical stuff and blogs about his work, which I find fascinating.. So anyway I decided to do something straight away with one of the kits, and during my wandering in the forum I had a peek at some challenges and did my first sketch challenge for there.. I also bought myself some really neat CU use flowers that I can play with and if I get it right, they are going to be beautiful.. I also want to get ribbons, buttons, more flowers, the little bling diamonte things as well, I just cant seem to pull them off in my program.. My wish list is a long one lol.. And I also should cook up another freebie lol.. Well now that you have suffered through my rambling, I shall put up my lay outs.. First one is the sketch challenge over at Deco-Pages They gave us a multi photo template to use (lol another one to add to my huge collection)..

And the next layout was done using a freebie kit that was up today on digi free..
Credits are easy lol

I blended 2 of her papers however, cos I just wasnt happy with the papers as they were,
didnt look right to me to go with the picture..
Well thats it for today, unless of course I manage a freebie later..
Which ever part of the world you are in I hope you are having a wonderful day/evening..

Your layout is absolutely beautiful. Love what you have done with all the elements and the paper that you have blended is so pretty. Thanks for sharing with me. I love it!
