Mozz, Gorgeous kit - as always! RE: your comments about my rant - BIG HUG to you! Texas sheetcake is a chocolate cake that is made from scratch and it is baked in a jelly roll or cookie sheet, so it is flat. But it has lots of cocoa, a ton of butter, sugar, sour cream... it is so moist and just fabulous with powdered sugar icing! (we leave out the nuts but often it will have pecans on it). And beercan chicken is a chicken with an open beer stuck up its butt and baked "standing up" like that in the oven. The beer makes the chicken really moist and gives it a great flavor! LOL, you'll have to try it for yourself.
Anyway, it's almost 4:30 in the morning, I just got off work from my real job an I'm pooped. Have a great weekend, what is left of it! Hugs and kisses!
